Indiana University is the first public university in Indiana to mandate the experimental covid vaccine for all employees and all students. Purdue has made an announcement to recommend it, but has not mandated it yet. However, Purdue is going to give people who get the covid shot more freedom than those who do not get it.
IU has stated that any exemptions for the covid vaccine will be “Extremely limited”. They will announce their exemption rules on June 15, only two weeks before their July 1 deadline to receive the first dose. Anyone who gets an “approved” exemption will be required to get a covid test TWICE A WEEK and wear a mask. Staff and students who do not comply will be fired or kicked out as a student. It’s hard to believe IU officials hadn’t made this decision long before they made the announcement. They announced the mandate after Indiana legislative session ended and after the deadline for many other colleges.
We need to be calling and demanding to remove this mandate of an experimental product and stopping the ridiculus twice a week testing of those who do not get the covid shots. Start calling the numbers listed below to discuss your concerns. Calls are better than emails, but go ahead and email after you call.

We can try contacting our legislators. I think we all know Governor Holcomb is not going to do anything to help with this matter.

I was in a meeting with Senator Bray to discuss SB 74, the bill that would ensure all employees in Indiana would have a state law requiring exemptions for the vaccines, and he said that he had talked to some employers and did not believe most employers would mandate the vaccine. We said that it was naive to think that it won’t be mandated at most places……. Well the Indiana Republicans purposefully would not vote on SB 74 and killed it. Now one of the major employers in the state is mandated it under emergency (experimental) use. This leaves many people wondering if they should move to other states such as Florida where the legislators aren’t soft on freedom like the Republicans in Indiana are.
Perhaps IU didn’t get the memo that it is against Federal law to mandate experimental products.
There are many reports coming out in the mainstream news (CNN) of the covid shots damaging the hear in young people. Here is a post about an young lady in Indiana who has heart damage from the covid shot. It’s not as rare as they claim.

Federal Law Prohibits Mandates of Emergency Use COVID Vaccines, Tests, Masks — 3 Resources You Can Use to Inform Your School or Employer
Under federal law, employers and universities cannot legally mandate COVID vaccines because they are unlicensed Emergency Use Authorization products which are, by definition, experimental.
